A leading construction company located in 6th of October is looking to hire a Technical Office Team Leader (Civil & Architectural).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the technical office team for civil and architectural packages
Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and technical submittals
Manage RFI and change-order processes with consultants and client
Coordinate with site engineers to resolve construction conflicts
Oversee quantity surveying and cost control activities
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
10 – 15 years of experience with at least 3 years in a leading role
Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, and quantity surveying software
Excellent leadership and communication skills
